SUPPLIES:

  • A three ring binder for band music. This may be shared with orchestra or choir music.
  • Note Speller (theory book) 6th Grade band students only. These may be purchased from the band department.
  • Percussionists only: Stick bag containing timpani mallets, xylophone mallets and drum sticks. A group purchase opportunity will be available in September through the band department.
  • Appropriate concert attire. Black slacks or skirt and white shirt or blouse. Dark socks and dark shoes. No jeans or tennis shoes.
  • Reeds, valve oil, slide oil, cleaning swabs and rods as appropriate for each student instrument.

     

A reception will follow the band concerts in the cafeteria. If you would like to participate please bring the following.

6th Grade band students bring cookies.

7th Grade band students bring a two liter bottle of pop.

8th Grade band students bring cups or napkins or paper plates.
