Attention:
There is a new requirement for school attendance for school year 2012-13 :
Students entering grades 6 and 9, MUST SHOW PROOF that they received at least one dose of Tdap (Whooping Cough) vaccine with their completed Illinois Physical Examination.
Students in 7th, 8th, 10th. 11th and 12th grades are recommended to get a Tdap booster by the Illinois Department of Health.
